Refund Policy

Once a contract has been signed and services have begun, all payments are non-refundable. By entering into an agreement with Tailored Solution, you acknowledge and accept that no refunds will be issued after the contract date.

If you wish to cancel your services, a minimum two-week written notice is required prior to the intended cancellation date. Cancellations submitted with less than two weeks’ notice may still be subject to the full service charge for the current billing period.
